What makes your products different from other products online?
The Giving Gift Company is all about giving. We love to give to charity and know you do too! That’s why we chose a few different charities so you can choose your favourite one, or the cause that is important to you. We also know how much organizations rely on donations, so we try to make as much of a contribution as possible.
How did you pick your charities?
There are some charities that are near and dear to our heart for personal reasons. We also wanted to be able to give the customer the opportunity to pick the cause that they care about the most so we selected a broad range of causes.
How do I know I have the right size?
Be sure to look at the size chart before you place your order. Our hats come in 3 adult sizes and 3 children’s sizes. Ensure that the hat you are purchasing is in your size!
The product says sold. Can I back order one?
No — Sorry! Once it is gone it is gone. As much as we would like to replicate a product we take pride on being a one of a kind store. But keep your eyes open, a new hat will replace the sold one within 24 hours. Also if you have a request of a certain theme you would like please feel free to send an email here
Where are the products made?
All products are made by independent sewers in Ontario, Canada. All of our fabric is purchased from local fabric stores within the GTA. We think it is important to shop and support local.
How should I wash my item?
Washing in cold water and laying garments flat to dry minimizes shrinkage. It is always recommended to was in cold water the first time. Most items are pre-washed so shrinkage of these items should be minimal. After that, machine wash and dry.
How long does it take to process an order?
Your order will ship within 24 – 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once it has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Sure! The Giving Gift Company can ship anywhere in the world!
What shipping company do you use?
We use Canada Post for our shipping. All orders will be given a tracking number as soon as they are shipped.
What Payment Methods do you Accept?
Payments can also be made with Square, Google Pay, PayPal and E-transfer. E-transfers should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I get a promotional or discount code?
From time to time the Giving Gift Company will send out promotional codes. Click here to join our email list and save 10 percent on your first purchase. Also you will find special promotional codes and giveaways by following our Instagram Page and liking our Facebook page.
What if my promotional or discount code doesn’t work?
If your code is rejected, there may a reason:
- You have entered the e-coupon code incorrectly. Try Again.
- It expired.

Returns and Cancels
Can I cancel my order?
Sorry! Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after they are ordered. Please double check your order before submitting.
What is your product Guarantee?
The Giving Gift stands behind its product. Each item is handmade, and a lot of love and time is invested in making it. However, if it is not what you were expecting, or you are not happy with the product it can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. Please send an email here with your concerns. Also, the donation will have already been sent to the charity, so your 5.00 donation will not be refunded.
